Trade of the day – Sun, 22 Aug

Post match roundup

Only PSG gave us a result we predicted, the others slipped away into the red mist. A tough day where 2/3 trades were losers. These unofficial trades are designed to offer members a look at different markets & alternative trading ideas. Hence, we advise small stakes.

Our main TOTD – Newcastle v Villa – went the way of probably a million other exchange traders as no one could have forecast a 6-0 winning scoreline to the newly promoted geordies. Villa were atrocious, starting with a missed penalty which could have changed the course of the match and our fortunes. £38 loss

Some European action this afternoon starting with

YOUNG BOYS  v FC ZURICH  15.00pm

Over 2.5 @ 1.63 makes little appeal but Over 4.5 @ 4.8 could warrant  a small wager given that the Swiss league is second only to Austria in the high scoring table. Also YB looked an impressive attacking unit v Spurs mid week.

BACK OVER 4.5
BACK 1-1

(note: 1-1 price will shorten in-play for about first 30 mins as long as it stays 0-0)

NORWEGIAN TIPPELIGAEN

HONEFOSS  v STABAEK 17.00pm

Strange that Stabaek are strong favs here as their recent form has been poor although their record v today`s hosts is good. With that muddling analysis the obvious trade has to be HT/FT market. Seriously, this market can be interesting and fun to trade in a potentially high scoring game

DOG/FAV

FAV/DOG

DRAW/DRAW

+ 3-1 & 1-3

FRENCH LIGUE 1

PSG  v BORDEAUX  20.00pm Betfair Live Video

Bordeaux`s poor start this campaign could continue in Paris tonight. Gouycuff has stated he wants to return to Lyon. PSG tend to concede goals to Bordeaux but a glance at the odds on Both Teams To Score is not inviting enough.
However, the draw price is:

LTD @ 3.30
BACK 0-0 @ 9.4
