Trades of the day Tues 28 Sept

Post match roundup

The dreaded 0-0 haunts us as QPR failed to emulate their sparkling start to the season. Loss £40

Braga v Shaktar: Muddling kind of trade but we wriggled out with £2 loss

Afternoon all,

QPR  v MILLWALL  20.00pm

QPR have started this campaign in magnificent form compared to Millwall`s stuttering introduction
to the Championship.

Stats

  • Three of the last four London derbies between these two sides have ended in a draw.
  • Millwall have not won a London derby against QPR since 1989, a run of eight games without victory.
  • QPR have kept a clean sheet in all but one of their eight league games this term.
  • Millwall have not won any of their last four league games, losing their last two.

Braga v Shakhtar 19.45pm

This looks like we shall see some goals. Braga have already played 5 CL games including qualifying and 4 of those 5 have been overs including that 6-0 thrashing by Arsenal. Similar story in the league so far with 4 out of 6 ending in overs. Shakhtar are 50-50 for overs………….

  • Shakhtar have only ever kept one clean sheet away from home in 15 Champions League matches on the road, but that came in Portugal against Benfica.
  • Sporting Braga won 14 and drew one of their 15 league games at home in the Portuguese top flight last season, conceding only six goals along the way.
  • Braga won their two Champions League home qualifying matches without conceding a goal. Braga have only won one of their last seven matches in European competition (excluding qualifiers).

Strat options

Overs with 1-1 cover.

1-1 green to equal red stakes on overs. Personal amounts here within comfort levels.

OR

Long time since we traded a CoverS so let’s go for that. Market isnt expecting goals here, but the market is often very wrong so taking advantage of value is what we will do.

Back over 2.5

Back the following:

0-0
1-0
0-1
0-2
1-1
2-0

Am favouring the home side here. We will trade the scores as the game is played. We have £32 to play around with.

Both QPR and this game will be traded in the Vets Room, bingo managing the QPR position, myself this game.

See you then.
