Trade of the day – Sun 19 Dec

Post match roundup

A similar trade to Dortmund yesterday with a late goal turning a losing trade into a winning one. Backed Under 1.5 at HT to reduce red to 50% followed by – for the more gung ho among us – LTD with 10 mins to go. Grazie mille to our senior Italian member Von Trotta for reminding us of Napoli`s remarkable trend for last gasp winners. £24 profit for this author.

The unofficial trade has to be spoken about here as one of the most incredible 90 mins I can remember as a trader. Taking the Scatter Gun as our starting point (if you still don`t know what this strategy is then head over to our main site) Bayern unfortunately had a Gatling gun themselves in the form of Mario Gomez. 0-3 by HT and us troops were well & truly moulinexed. Ok, money lost and no point whatsoever in spending more by chasing other scorelines; however, the game was a very open affair so we advised a lay of Under6.5 goals @ 1.10. If there were 2 early goals in the 2nd half then we might be able to hedge on that market and recoup some of our losses. Well, Donner und Blitzen, Stuttgart pulled one back 4 mins after the restart. Bayern with typical Bavarian pique and annoyance added a couple more themselves. 1-5 after 54 mins. Wunderba!! It seemed rude to suggest hedging the 6.5 goal market as more goals were sure to come. A devilish piece of advice followedBack the draw @ 300.0. Blow me and I`ll be dipped in dogshit, Stuttgart scored their 2nd goal on 65mins. 2-5. The Over 6.5 gamble paid off….£91 green for an initial outlay of £10! could we actually get something on the draw as well? Sure enough Stuttgart added another on 70mins to make it 3-5. The draw odds by now had dropped to 34.0. Hedged that market to leave £35 green.

In a breathless conclusion: £91 profit Over 6.5 goals….£35 profit on Match Odds£31 loss on Correct Score….£5 loss on Next Goal

NAPOLI v LECCE  14.00pm

Having backed Napoli in the Serie A winner`s market @ 70.0 back in September
I am perhaps a little biased when I suggest not only should they beat Lecce who
have only recorded one win against them in last 8 meetings but handsomely too.
Lecce`s last 6 games have produced 26 goals

BACK 2-1
BACK 3-0
BACK 3-1
BACK 3-2

Unofficial trade

While Stuttgart are under their third manager this season, their recent form has seen enough improvement to suggest that Bayern`s odds on favouritism is unjustified, especially considering the Bavarian`s away record is bettered only by 2 other teams who are at the foot of the table. Only their fantastic home record is keeping their slim title aspirations alive.
A draw looks a probable result here but for trading purposes we can use
the ever popular:

Scatter Gun

BACK 1-1
BACK 2-1
BACK 1-2
BACK 2-2  ……after 25 mins
