US Open?

In short, yes.

Thanks to the philandering of one Tiger Woods, golf tournament markets are a lot more open. Had Woods kept the cover on his urr “Driver”, do we really think Luke Donald would be the current world No1, not chuffing likely!

The 111th Open begins today and does so with some very intriguing 3 balls from the off, with Kuchar, Casey and Choi at 7.44am and Donald, Westwood and Kaymer at 8.06am. McIlroy, Mickelson and Johnson go later 1.35pm. With these fancied players all going out together at similar times, we can expect some early movement in the Winners Market.

We have posted on here previously about the Tournament Collapse method and this tournament looks ripe for it. Our members have already been given our selections for this week, a free bet secured on one of them already. But you don’t have to be a golfing expert to take profit with this method, just be confident at least one or two of your picks will make the cut. Louis Oosthuizen can be bought at 250, Miguel Angel Jimenez at 290, Robert Rock, who did so well in Italy, available at 460… One of the fancied players has a stinker and one of your boys plays a stonker and you’re in the green. Even better, it’s as cheap as chips.

Our thanks as ever to Mr. Webb for this strategy.

Stay green.
